How do I take care of my flowers?
Place your arrangement in a shaded, cool area with indirect sunlight to preserve the blooms. Avoid heat and direct sunlight, especially near windows.
Change the water every couple of days. Empty the vase, add a packet of flower food to tap water, and trim your flowers at an angle before returning them to the clean vase, ensuring the water level is just beneath the first leaves.
Remove wilted or dead blooms immediately to prevent mold and contamination of live blooms.
For arrangements with floral foam, carefully pour out the old water, dissolve flower food in tap water, and saturate the foam.
Can I pick up my order?
Please specify your preferred pickup date and time. Pickup is available from our Brickell/Miami Beach locations. Upon arrival, simply call us to let us know you're here.
Where do you deliver to and how does it work?
We offer flat-rate delivery within specific city limits, please get in touch with us at hello@moonfloralstudio.com.
Please ensure someone will be available to receive the delivery. Exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed due to factors like traffic.
Does someone need to be available to receive the arrangement at the time of delivery?
Someone must be available to receive the arrangement. If the recipient is unavailable, specify if our courier can leave the arrangement with a neighbor or receptionist.
What if no one is available to receive the arrangement at the time of delivery?
Our courier will drop off the arrangement in the most secure location at the specified address. Photo evidence of drop-off will be provided. Redeliveries are not possible without an additional delivery fee.
Can I cancel my order?
Due to the perishable nature of our goods, we cannot accommodate cancellations or changes once an order is placed.
What if the arrangement was damaged?
If you're unhappy with the quality of your arrangement, please email us within 2 hours for a possible replacement. No refunds or replacements will be made after this time.
